Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PM AI Assist website and platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

01The agreement

These terms, together with any order form or written agreement we sign with a customer, form the agreement between you and PM Assist. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

02The service

PM Assist provides software to help manage properties, requests, compliance and contractors. We may update, improve or change features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

03Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

04Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.

05Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

06Fees

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law.

07Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by PM Assist and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you.

08Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example accounting or messaging providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited as set out in the applicable order form. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Term & termination

These terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement or where the other materially breaches these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and any agreement.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

13Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
