Boiler not heating since last night

Hi — the boiler in our flat has stopped heating since yesterday evening. There's no hot water either. We've tried resetting it but nothing. Could someone take a look as soon as possible? It's getting cold for the kids.

Thanks,
Sara

Hi Sara, so sorry to hear that — I'm arranging a Gas Safe engineer now and will confirm a visit window shortly. In the meantime, please keep the boiler switched off…

Beyond the reply, the add-in suggests the workflow that resolves the request end to end — book the engineer, notify the parties, file the job — and hands it to the platform to run. The email stops being a to-do.
